Kody Holker has always been interested in helping others achieve their goals.  The legal profession has enabled him to pursue this dream with legal acumen.  He quickly realized that the law was the most effective way of easing the difficulties associated with scaling the magnitude of technical issues that arise from the law.  

While Kody grew up acquainted with the law, he also had an interest in finance.  His trust and estate practice allowed him to combine both interests.  He is proud to have graduated cum laude with an undergraduate degree in Finance from Brigham Young University’s prestigious Marriot School of Management. He attended Michigan State University College of Law and J. Rubin Clark Law School at Brigham Young University.  He passed the bar in Minnesota and thereafter acquired a law practice.

Kody has a staff of associates and paralegals to assist him in servicing the client's needs. Of Counsel to the firm is former Minnesota senator Dean Barkley, who is a founder and a chair of the Minnesota Independence Party, formerly the Minnesota Reform Party. Mr. Barkley is also an attorney in good standing with the state of Minnesota.

Kody has consistently demonstrated a track record of working to achieve ever-higher levels of professional excellence.  While practicing as an attorney, Kody earned an accreditation from the National Association of Mortgage Underwriters for forensic loan audits and has also been a licensed insurance agent.  This background helps him understand how the various types of insurance coverage can help you accomplish your estate planning goals.
